Excellent knowledge and service! I called Jason at Nationwide because the sounder on my alarm wouldn't turn off. Within a couple of hours he sent Richard to us to silence it. Next day, Jason came to us to assess and advised we renew the 16 year old system (not wiring). He talked us through what we could have and how it would work. Within a week Richard was back to fit the new alarm and he showed exactly how to use it and set it up to exactly how we wanted it. Both of them were friendly, professional, patient, trustworthy and a pleasure to be around. I would highly recommend them.

Jason and Richard were excellent. They delivered exactly what they promised on a timely basis and were cost-effective and explained things well. Richard, the installer, was particularly nice and he also installed the system for my mother who was also happy. It’s early days for the system itself, but so far so good.
