I hired Sergiy Yushchyshyn of Natway Limited to install underfloor heating and engineered wood flooring in my London flat, based on the company’s promises of expertise and quality. However, the finished floor creaked, shifted, and cracked due to basic installation errors—confirmed by an independent expert as negligent workmanship, particularly the use of nails instead of screws in chipboard. Despite clear evidence, Sergiy refused to take responsibility and became unresponsive. I now face expensive repairs and ongoing stress, and strongly advise others to avoid this contractor.

Once the work was started it became obvious there were further problems that had caused rotting timbers etc. I felt Natway were incredibly thorough in finding out the root of the problem and solving it.

Excellent workmanship, In fitting two complete bathrooms. Tiling was well thought out and planned, and the finish with all of the work was excellent. I have previously used NATWAY for additional works, including fitting of wooden flooring and kitchen works, and would recommend for all the above.

Overall the quality of work and communication was good and timely.
