Sourced a pump which wasn’t their stock item . Replaced pump and blocked reed switch. Fast turn around, good technician and very nice and switched on receptionist(Nicky)

I was recommended to take my WAECO CFX65 cool box to NAUTICOOL after the OEM could not repair it. For a small company I was amazed by the depth of knowledge NAUTICOOL Ltd has. All the parts were in house for my unit, which in itself was amazing as it was 10 years old. The friendly demeanour of the staff made the visit all the more pleasurable. I expected to have to leave my unit with them, but they repaired it whilst I waited. I would have no hesitation to recommend NAUTICOOL Ltd to anyone requiring refrigeration support and they will be getting my future business. AMAZING customer service.

Nauticool were extremely helpful and professional throughout their installation of a new air conditioning system in my home. I wouldn't hesitate to use & recommend them again in the future.
