Requested the company to repair a malfunctioning washer-dryer. First appointment determined it was a weight bearing replacement job. They said they’d be in touch. Had to follow up several times, with no result. Every time I called or WhatsApp’d they didn’t request my ID/location, so unsure if they even knew what client they were communicating with. After one of the 20 attempts to determine the status of my request, they asked “is that an LG?” When my machine is a Samsung. So clearly they had no clue of who they were talking with. Gave up, as no estimate dates were offered for repair.

Hello, on checking there was an outstanding payment for quite a while which hindered your repair, Parts were ordered once you had paid but as explained were out of stock, your part fits LG and Samsung thats why when you called the we just said which was was it as the screen had yet to load. we sent you a letter informing you due to the abuse we would not be continuing your repair so very confused about your review.
