  Flat roof repairs

  John came to review my problem 24hrs after my initial contact with the company,he was very efficient in establishing my roof leak,he took pictures so the he could enlighten me as to his plan of action and returned the next day 8thMay to complete the work taking pictures so I was aware of what was happening at all time,he also arranged for a manager to come out as further problems had been discovered taking pictures for me do I was able to view his work thank you John

  Flat roof repair

  Birds originally replaced our flat roof in 2016 when we first moved in no problems all this time then we developed a leak birds were able to send someone out within 48hrs the chap who came was very efficient and friendly and a dog lover he explained and took picture telling me that it wasn’t a workmanship problem but that the neighbours had interfered with the roofs sealed when their flat roof was replaced last year but he reassured me saying what he could do which made me feel much better highly professional and kind thank you

  I called N Bird and Son after the storm last weekend. They were quick to respond, came out the same day, with a reasonable quote and fixed the problem the same day. The team were very professional. Highly recommend!
