Stay away! Wouldn’t even give him a one star if I had the choice..unreliable and unprofessional. Did our bathroom in September..grout and sealant has come off after 4 months!!! I have been chasing him for over two weeks to come and fix it as apparently he told me ‘all his work comes with 6 months guarantee!’ He makes every excuse in the book as to why he hasn’t turned up and now is refusing to answer my calls. Too much stress and not worth it at all.. If you’re looking for someone professional and reliable…I suggest you stay away from NBK
