A next day appointment was arranged and reliably arrived on time. A quick analysis of the problem lead to a visit to the local plumbers merchants for parts. Within no time at all the job that I dreaded would require the bath to be removed was fixed easily and efficiently. A lovely trustworthy professional, great to do business with. Many thanks.

Neil has done various plumbing and heating jobs for me for the last nine years and is always punctual, reliable and efficient. He's also willing to try to fix things, rather than rushing to assume a total replacement of a system/item is the only option. He came out and had replaced my hot water thermostat within an hour, despite two other plumbing firms claiming a total tank replacement was the only option! Honest, trustworthy and a genuinely nice guy.
