Matt responded immediately and completed the job within 2 hours of us submitting the request. He was polite, personable and professional and offered advice/ tips on questions I had about other DIY jobs I needed to do. He purchased the replacement tap for us on route to the job and upon discovering the purchased tap had a slight fault, he immediately went back to the supplier to get a new one without any fuss.Verified reviewerJob location: B7310 Excellent serivce!

I needed an emergency plumber to trace a leak from my kitchen ceiling and called Matt. Will definitely be using Matt again in the future he is punctual, professional, tidy, friendly and most importantly of all honest. Takes great pride in his work and after sorting out the issue was more than accomodating in answering my queries. Anything Blocked! Baths, Sinks, Showers, Toilets, Basins, Drains, Gutters .... if it's blocked and causing a nuisance we can unblock it. (Other than when your neighbour’s car is blocking your drive .... we can't solve that!)

New Shiny Things! That’s right, anything new! Taps, Sinks, Toilets, Shower Cubicles, Shower Valves, Baths, Radiators, Thermostats, Underfloor Heating, Cylinders, Stop Taps, Pumps, Pipes, Filters, Washing Machines, Fridges.
Making the Old Stuff Work! We all love New Shiny Things but it’s important not to forget the Old Stuff, sometimes they just need a bit of TLC (they have feelings too). So, if that toilet keeps flushing, that tap keeps dripping or those pipes keep banging we will do our upmost to give them a bit of TLC and get them working again.
