10 Upper hall and Stair carpet

I found Nick online via Check a trade, read the glowing reviews and gave the number a call. His wife Layla answered and was super helpful, she arranged for Nick to visit a day or so later to measure up. Nick was punctual, friendly and super helpful. We were buying the carpet online ourselves. He measured up and let us know how much to order and then recommended a suitable underlay which he bought and provided. Layla and Nick managed to fit us in before Christmas when the carpet was delivered. Nick layed the carpet despite having broken ribs!! Top notch service from bringing out samples on several occasions to supplying fitting, trimming the doors to fit and anything else we asked NCB FLOORING to do for us. Job location: BH17Wow! What an amazing job Nick did for us. Excellent service. Nick came on time, was extremely helpful neat and so very tidy. His attention to detail was fantastic and we are so very pleased with all the work he did for us, which was a three bed house, lounge, dining room stairs and landing for carpet and underlay plus our hall, and two bathrooms with Luxury Vinyl Flooring which is all perfect. I contacted NCB and Layla was super quick to reply and arrange for Nick to come over with samples and a chat. We were very impressed with his knowledge and understanding of what we were looking for. We had a date we needed the job completed by and Nick was very helpful in ensuring it was done way before that date. After the latex was done Nick came back next day and worked extremely hard through the summer heat and did a fantastic job. The results are incredible and the flooring is even better than we’d imagined. Nick was incredibly kind and excellent at his job. He found evidence of woodworm and was quick to advise us on next steps and rearrange coming back. He fitted all 3 rooms, including new underlay, gripper rods and door bars quickly but with attention to detail and obvious skill. Couldn't recommend this company more.
