New boiler installed and follow-up boiler service (2yrs later).
Nigel is thoroughly charming and courteous and is a clear communicator. His work is brilliant and he's quiet, efficient and diligent. He is extremely thoughtful about the space he is in and keeps everything clean and cared for. He has done excellent work in my apartment and was recommended to me by my brother for who he has done and continues to do excellent work. He is upfront about costs, sends invoices promptly and is entirely trustworthy, I wouldn't hesitate to call him up again for future projects and I have no qualms in recommending him fully to anyone else.

Arrived on time. Always very happy and friendly. Work was completed quickly and efficiently.
