This was the first time Nick had installed such a system. He did an excellent job researching the system and was even willing to talk to the manufacturers to get the system installed correctly. Thanks for the hard work Nick. Not many heating engineers would consider the job.

This was the first time using NCH and we'll certainly be going back for all future work! We had a gas boiler service and a replacement of shower unit. Nick is friendly and professional, he arrived on time, the work is excellent and very tidy, and the quoted price was accurate. Prior to coming round Nick enquired about the device models we had, so he knew exactly what he was dealing with before he even arrived, which was really diligent and efficient. Nick communicated clearly in advance and turned up on time. He was very thorough in the service of the boiler and found a coup log faults which he fixed in a very timely manner.
