    We needed an office/snug, so decided to convert part of our garage. The Result is amazing. Nigel was brilliant, he coordinated the whole job from start to finish and was always clear on what would be completed each day/stage. Very happy!

    The whole process of Nigel working for us could not have been more straight forward. From arranging and receiving the quote to completion of the work was about as easy as you could get. Work carried out was professional and to an exceptional standard. Nigel was polite, friendly and very courteous and above all kept the dust and mess to an absolute minimum out side of his work area. Was a pleasure to have Nigel work for us and have already spoken to him about further work to be carried out. Full marks 10/10.

    Nigel responded to our request for a quote for the job really quickly, came round and did an estimate within a couple of days, and we booked him in to do the Job this week. He did an excellent job despite having to do more than he originally thought he needed to and was polite and a pleasure to have in the house. We are really pleased with the result and he did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

N C Mallitt Building has an excellent reputation, built on quality of work, customer recommendations and many of our clients are repeat customers. 

 

I started in the Building Industry at 16 years of age, and went into an Apprenticeship and gained my City and Guilds, and Advanced Craft certificate in Bricklaying. In this time I was able to gain the knowledge of working on small jobs to setting out million pound contracts, learning not only bricklaying but the understanding of how a project is put together to allow smooth running, of this I still carry though to this day.

I pride myself in taking the old fashioned values of workmanship/quality and technical knowledge of how to construct any building from the setting out stage of groundwork to completion, with everything in between!

With our wide knowledge of the building industry there are many aspects of work that we undertake, some examples are:
