Cooper attended an urgent boiler issue very quickly and provided very very helpful practical advice to deal with future issues. We were so impressed with his work and his manner was so polite and courteous that we have done and will continue to use him as our go to man for all further plumbing and heating maintenance. He was also able to offer some very welcome advice for dealing with another electrical issue we had shortly after moving into our new house. He tested the fuses, assisted with moving appliances and was generally fantastic. 10/10
