New oil fired boiler installation
No bad reports. They turned up more or less on time and did what they said they were going to do. The next day one person turnedup to finish up. Left clean and tidy and removed old boiler and any other rubbish/debris. I am more than satisfied with what they have done, but could do with a little tuition on how to set up the new boiler; it is trial and error at the moment.
Installation of solar pv panels, inverter and solar storage batteries
Very happy with the installation if the PV solar panels. The installers were very professional, considerate, polite and tidy whilst carrying out the works. Any queries I had was answered with easy from NCS property maintenance along with any after care issues. I would highly recommend this company.
Installation of 9 solar PV panels.
We had nine solar panels installed to three faces of our roof by NCS Property Maintenance in August 2022. We chose them because they had very successfully installed an air source pump, water tank/immersion heater, radiators etc in our house a couple of months before. The scaffolding was erected without any problems and the installers carried out the work quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the whole process. NCS Property Maintenance are also very responsive and have visited us a few times to help me get the best from our system. I highly recommend them.
External fitting of new oil based combi-boiler.
NCS were excellent from their quote, through their customer support and eventually the work carried out. We've dealt with many companies over the years related to our boilers and they were certainly the best we've had. It's early days on our new boiler, but it is heating up the whole house nicely.
Oil boiler replacement
Very good customer service from day 1. Their office is responsive and reliable. The engineers are knowledgeable and hard working with a good work ethic. I've been working in the construction industry for 12 years and NCS has had one of the best customer service and tradesmen that I've had the pleasure to work with.

Oil boiler replacement
