Charming enough guy but he promised, yet failing to show on five seperate occasions. I do appreciate that on one of these occassions the weather was very bad. Apparently my neighbour who initially recommended them had many promised no shows at a time of need. So overall a negative experience and what felt like a completely unnecessary waste of my resources during a minor emergency in which i needed a little help.

10/10 as Nick and his team were fantastic to deal with from the initial quote right through to job completion. After the Job was booked in Nick kept us informed of every aspect of the job even down to when the scaffolding would be going up, the skip and materials arriving and what he and his team would be doing day by day. We had multiple Jobs carried out including lead work, mortar renewal, full roof, fascia soffit and guttering, velux window, and straight away it was clear to see the highest of standards was going to come from NCW. Highly recommend this company, faultless, Thank you NCW.

Nick attended my elderly grandfather’s house at short notice and after normal working hours to replace some roof tiles that had become loose as it was a concern that there maybe some bad weather and we thought it may leak into the loft. Not a big job but the same professional work, pride and care given.

We’ve used nick and the team at NCW roofing on a few projects now and have always found them professional and the work to a very high standard. Good clear communication, transparent pricing and punctual!

They were polite, efficient, honest as to what was and was not required. Surveyed the loft space and also checked flashing around stack. They were the second quote and we were amazed at the honesty of there quote. For us a good choice

Nick did an amazing job on our roof and came back a couple of years later when we thought we had a leak caused by plant growth damage. He cleared out the plant growth and buildup of soil as a follow up to the initial work for us in an evening, and explained this was all that was needed as it had caused a trap point for the water flow.
