Not entirely satisfied with the service that was provided. Did not, in my opinion, complete all work. He said outside socket would need to be fixed separately and that would be another cost! Even though it was discussed in the call out appt. As it was I had to call him back within an hour of him leaving because he had not connected properly. 3 hours work but charged a days rate. New years eve some of the sockets downstairs
cut out!!

I'm sorry you were not happy with this service. There was an existing issue with regard the downstairs sockets, I was not the first electrician out to look at this problem. I found an issue with the conservatory sockets which wasn't installed correctly so I ran new cables. I was always honest with the client stating I can't say yes the outside socket will work as I don't know if it will so if any further works are needed that's chargeable, every cable in the conservatory was faulty. When screwing back a socket I snagged a cable which is very common. When the client said it had tripped I was back there within 10 minutes to rectify. Sorry if you feel I over charged however excluding materials I charged half a day labour as it was cheaper than price again however this was discussed with the client. Regarding the tidiness the client insisted on tidying up herself even when I started cleaning up anyway I was told to stop.
