Boiler issues resolved
10/10 for everything! Excellent communication from start to finish, incredibly polite and professional throughout. The work was done to a high standard with everything left neat and tidy. Their aftercare and follow-up were also spot on. Highly recommend!

Assess boiler after British Gas said was dangerous. Then remove old boiler and replace
Professional, courteous, hard working. Excellent service. Replied quickly to voicemail. Appointment made for next day. Turned up promptly at time arranged. Obvious that he was from NDS as van sign written and logo on T-shirt. Was thorough without wasting time. Explained everything to me. Quote was exactly what he’d said it would be. Worked incredibly hard to fit boiler in horrible conditions without complaining. Friendly to my children and pets. Placed carpet protector down without prompting. Removed all rubbish and cleaned up after themselves. Faultless, brilliant service. Would use again.

Very Professional
Reliable arrived on time after being let down by quite a few. Very thorough job. I had my boiler serviced and needed a gas cert for sale. He checked everything completely.

Central Heating

Boiler on when thermostats were off
My boiler was constantly working and calling for heating. I went on Checkatrade and Nigel answered in minutes. I spoke to him and he managed to work around my schedule and came early in the morning. He immediately found the problem. A valve needed to be replaced. Part ordered, he came back and fixed the problem. I am really happy with the service provided, with the cost and he already has another happy customer. I will contact him for and plumbing or central heating issue!
