Neal Energy Solutions are a great company ... they are honest & down the line which is quite rare in business today. Gavin the salesman is a top man I had 3 or 4 salesmen out before Gavin who supplied exactly the right solution to suit my needs. Others salesmen were looking for a quick sale but Gavin took his time to understand my requirements and they came in quite a bit cheaper than all the competitors and they supplied a much better system than I had been quoted by other suppliers. Its a minefield out there when it comes to Solar but I would recommend Neal Energy Solutions to anyone

Just had our solar and battery fitted by Neal Energy Solutions they have done a fantastic job. Great fitting team started at 9am finished at 3pm. Our system was producing straight away saving money. We have now transferred to Octopus and being paid fantastic rates for what is sent back to the grid. I cannot thank Neal Energy Solutions enough and would highly enough.

I recently had a solar system fitted by Neal Energy Solutions Ltd and the process from start to finish was excellent. At no point did I feel pressured by them as they do not use sales people, only surveyors. On the day of install work started at around 11am and by 3pm my system of 14 panels and 2 batteries was up and running, as was the monitoring app. The fit team were brilliant, being efficient, tidy and friendly. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Installation went very smoothly, very quickly and at very short notice. However, after sales support has got worse as time has progressed. Have referred various queries regarding the inverter - initially responded to, but steadily less response with now no response for several week despite referring to MD. Also still awaiting supply and install of 3 optimisers. Have requested update but again no reply - and these would have been more effective during winter months than during summer months. Have texted MD separately several times but no response - not even an acknowledgement.

- Poor communication, happy to sell, poor service - Quoted work did not match work carried out. Cabling via trunking, but when I was sold the install they said it wouldn't be a problem to put the cables through my roof to keep it neat. - Two different electricians carry out the work, rushing job, came back on four occasions. It seems like they were overworked and the project poorly managed. - Scaffolding company couldn't get down drive, just left without explanation. - Installers rushed the job, chucked roof tiles into my hedges. - Electrical rubbish left everywhere, bags, wires, cable-tie

Installed without fuss. Worked first time. Overcame problem of integrating previous solar panels.
