We had an excellent experience. Neil and his team have done a great job of fitting out our garden building. They arrived on time, listened to our requirements and did the work exactly as we wanted. They were flexible, made helpful suggestions and worked co-operatively with the builders. They also did some extra work not originally on the quotation and charged a very reasonable price. After some quite frustrating experiences with other trades, Neil and Jack were a breath of fresh air. Neil has done work for us before so we knew straight away who to ask when we needed further work carried out. Last time was a new cooker hood. This time we needed a new ceiling light, dimmer switch and sockets. There were complications due to our house having such old wiring. Neil was extremely patient in explaining all this to me. A week later, Neil had sourced a different light fitting for us and his colleague came the next day to fit it.
