We met Paul and Hannah in Dec to discuss options and possibilities.Quotes were fairly priced.Nervous customer but we signed up and started in May.6 weeks later,very pleased with results.Walls taken out,steels in,plaster,electrics,movement of service to the other side of the house, etc. End result we have a wonderful usable modern open plan kitchen diner! Work was finished to a high standard,usual snags and a couple of minor issues but all rectified.Chucked extras at them like ceiling insulation,new back door and they did them all. Will be getting them back.Friendly,clean,& would highly recommend.

What was once just an inefficient space was converted into a great utility for us by Paul and Hannah. They helped source floor tiles, were patient while we decided on a sink/unit etc and fitted us in to complete the work when they had started on another job. It looks great and has made a huge difference to everyday living.

Paul and Hannah created a fantastic shower room for us by knocking through to include part of what was previously an inefficient use of space. We live in an old cottage so it was essential that they were extremely considerate and sympathetic to our home... we couldn't be happier.

Paul and Hannah were great to have around and were very supportive when I struggled to make decisions... It was especially good to have another female in the mix to balance perspective. Once we met them we wouldn't have chosen anyone else to do the work and we would do the same in a heartbeat.

Building surveyor checked the work . Inadequate depth . No hardcore put down Wrong sand mixed with cement resulting in uneven sandy surface.Membrane had gaps at sides which would cause damp to rise . This floor would not last and would crack according to surveyor Poor communication. Ripped off plaster on stairs . Nails left exposed Ripped out skirting and threw out . Offered to put floor leveller down when I complained . Asked for money before job was finished .Not Vat registered to address on invoice . Invoice not itemised . I wanted my money back or I would sue him !!!
