Replace pressure relief valve in combo boiler.
Came out same day, from a job 2 hours away after we had no heating or hot water, outside pipes frozen, breaking PRV. Fixed within the hour. Great service. Recommended.
Boiler not working
Excellent efficient service by the engineer Sion who was at the property within an hour of me calling and was after 4 pm when they normally finish! It was an SOS call as it was my elderly mother who had been without heating and hot water for over 24 hours! He dealt with the problem quickly and the boiler was fixed.
Servicing boiler
Friendly and efficient service as always, even took time to explain all the settings on my boiler and best way to reduce my bills, thank you.
Emergency oil tank replacement
Sion was fantastic. We arrived in Buckley on Tuesday from Australia and discovered the oil tank was rusted and leaking. We didn't know where to start and contacted Sion on Wednesday and he came straight away, gave us a quote and said he could replace it the next morning. On Thursday morning he replaced the tank, helped with the oil delivery and serviced the boiler. By midday we were able to have a hot shower and be ready for my Aunt's funeral. We can't thank Sion enough for making it all so stress free at such a stressful time for us.

Oil Boiler Repair
I really couldn't have asked for more from Sean. I sent a text message prior to the appointment to say we were cold and did he think he could fix it, his reply was "I always fix", and I have to say he really did. He worked late into the evening, (even missing his date night) and he wasn't happy until he had us up and running, this was way above and beyond what I would have expected. I can't recommend Sean highly enough and will use Neataheat again without any doubts.
