Ricky from Neat Builders has done an amazing job on our house: Removal of a sunroom, rendering of the back of the house , creating a raised patio, concretel base for a shed and unexpected reroofing of kitchen due to rot and woodworm found when removing the render. He kept us fully informed of the state of the build with phone calls and regular updates via WhatsApp. He had a challenging time due to joys of British weather, ( either boiling hot or raining) but his perseverance paid off as it looks amazing and we are so happy with it. Would highly recommend this company.

Ricky and Riley have done a superlative job with our bathroom (full rebuild, from the studs up, remediating water damage, rearranging layout, including pipes, electrics, and waste, and then plaster, tiling, and install to highest standard). The care, attention to detail, and constant communication has been a dream. Protective mats were liberally applied, and daily clean and clear up of work spaces by Riley was highly appreciated. Ricky gave us clear itinerary of all items required for purchase with good lead-in, and all work completed on schedule. Impressive work and finish at good price!

Our project grew significantly due to unexpected structural and plumbing issues, but he handled everything calmly and professionally, bringing in the right experts and delivering high-quality work throughout. We had Ricky and Riley over to repair a leak-damaged section of our ceiling and they were excellent from start to finish. Communication was great, they were reliable with timings, and we really appreciated how transparent they were throughout. They also installed a new air vent in one bedroom and replaced another. The quality of the work was excellent and they left everything tidy afterwards. We’d happily recommend them and would definitely use them again.
