Fantastic New Bathroom and New Boiler
Neat Heat are a fantastic company of young tradesmen headed up by Tom! They are very friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble! Tom has been servicing my boiler for many years and he is always professional! Tom and the gang have just finished putting in a new bathroom for me and it looks absolutely fantastic! Despite having to over come unforseen problems such as a collapsing floor underneath the bath they promptly resolved the problem! A big thank you to everyone at Neat Heat for a wonderful job and a great experience

Boiler Replacement.
Craig replaced my boiler, pump, valve and filter and then hot flushed the system. I was very impressed with his professionalism throughout. The whole experience was trouble free from the quote stage right through to the tidying up and certification at the end. He contacted me throughout to supply the quote, update me as to when he would arrive and what to expect during the installation. He left the house clean and tidy with no evidence of the day's upheaval. Great job! I am now recommending Neat Heat to family and friends .

Rumbling boiler
Had a rumbling noise coming from our boiler and booked a repair. The engineer arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and resolved it during the same visit. The boiler is now running quietly and efficiently. Clear explanation and fair price. Very happy with the service.
