Cleaner was several hours late. No communication for most of that time. Only one cleaner was assigned to the job, so it took quite some time, but the standard of the cleaning was very good.

We took over our new flat but were overwhelmed by the amount of cleaning that needed to be done, as the place had been empty so long. We called asking if it was possible to get a deep clean the following day which was also the day the removers were bringing the furniture. The two guys worked tirelessly and cheerfully around the removers and left the place sparkling. They certainly went above and beyond what we expected and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication - both friendly and professional. The team did an outstanding job and worked extremely hard. Their attention to detail and pride in their work is clear. I was so happy to come home to a spotless house. We would definitely use Neat Nest again. Thank you so much.

These guys are great! Friendly, polite, hard working and proud of the service they provide. They did a full deep clean on my house as a starter to coming in regularly. Great start to the arrangement! Everything is clean and shining. Very satisfied with the results :-)
