Mark and Necessity Services Ltd recently installed a new rock solid internet link for an outbuilding we were constructing in woodland, where Wi-Fi from the main building couldn't reach. Mark ran an armoured fibre optic cable between the buildings and installed all necessary hardware in the outbuilding. He and his team were excellent throughout—clear communication, timely work aligned with our build schedule, and cost-effective solutions. We're already considering CCTV and other services from Mark, and I highly recommend Necessity Services Ltd.

Wow, what a great job Andy did today. I have moved to Kempston and needed my Freesat box installed, and was not expecting any problems. However, due to a very large tree being in the way and restrictions on the building I am in, it took 4 hours and lots of checking, but finally success. I can’t fault the dedication and persistence to complete the job regardless of the obstacles. The customer service is great, from my phone call to book the appointment to the completion. Found fault on initial visit. Came back after quote and installed camera supplied by me. Rewired, sorted out loads of needless cabling. Would recommend them to anyone
