Contact and communication with Neil was quick and efficient. He gave us different options and prices. He and his team were punctual, they sent a message when they were on their way. Alex and Alan were polite and very pleasant. They took great care to protect the carpets in the house on a very wet day. The work was carried out exactly as planned and to a very good standard. The house was left clean and tidy. We would certainly recommend this company.

It was immediately apparent that he understood my requirements. His price was middle of the range and a date for a month's time was agreed. No deposit required. Alex arrived exactly on time, having sent me a text on the morning. The job was done in about 90 minutes. No fuss and no mess. Neil and Alex make a great team and are pleasure to work with.

Neil and Alex fitted a new loft ladder for us which required cutting and re-inforcing a new opening. From initial survey/quotation to completing the work they were friendly, reliable and thoroughly professional. There was a small fault with the hatch door which they noticed and rectified the next day without question. We found them through personal recommendation and did not get alternative quotes but felt that they provided good value for money. We would not hesitate to use them again.
