5* ......amazing to find such great service in this day and age. From the friendly office staff to having Jack doing the installation everything was a breeze. We were kept informed throughout and felt comfortable dealing with both the office and our plumber. Jack did an amazing job and must be the tidiest tradesman we have ever had work in our home. Excellent service from start to finish. Neil Robertson was able to fit me in at very short notice, even during extreme weather conditions, which I really appreciated. Lewis and Jake arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and completed the work to an exceptionally high standard. Lewis explained everything clearly, left the area spotless, and the pricing was fair and transparent.
