Punctuality friendly and efficient

We always use Neil Robertson for any plumbing or heating problems we have. He has great staff who are easy to have around. They are very professional but also very friendly. Work is always done to a high standard and usually with no delay. They're the tops!!

I rung at 9am. Called at the house. Identified the fault and by 10.30 the replacement part had been picked up & fitted. Can’t ask for better service than that. Great service. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Made an inquiry in the morning for pipe work alterations to fit a Washing machine and by 4 pm the plumber ( Lola ) assessed and sorted the work out. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly and helpful. I will definitely use again.

This company, in the first instance tried to solve my problem via email from me and after three tries to rectify it, I requested a call out. Told they would attend within the next 2 hours, which they did. Problem was woke up freezing and after their engineer had been, was toasty by lunchtime. Could not be happier.
