Excellent workmanship.

Neil was recommended to me by my neighbour. I needed a hand rail on my staircase to be fitted urgently due to a dramatic decline in the health of my partner. I phoned Neil on Thursday evening and I explained that I needed the job to be done as quickly as possible. He said that he'd call early morning the next day. Neil arrived at 8.15 am the next day, measured up, went to get materials, came straight back and completed the work within the morning. Neil was polite, efficient, reliable and tidy and I was very grateful for his prompt work.
