It's never a straightforward job with our house. Neil took on the bathroom renovation knowing this. He and all of the other tradesman he works with are super professional and respectful. We were kept informed every step of the way. Even when things took a turn and the project had to be lengthened Neil explained our options and worked with us to pivot on what needed to be done. Super pleased with the final result, Neil listened to our wants and needs and created our perfect bathroom for the space we had.
