Came out and did the job within the hour, solid 10/10

Cheery polite chap in smart workwear and car, Persisted with job despite it being more complex and taking longer than he originally envisaged. Charge had been agreed up front on the phone when fixing appointment and Davey agreed to stick to the price. I thought he did a great job and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use this company again.

Called within 2 mins of putting a job request out, called with a fair quote and when I explained I wanted to wait to see if I could get a cheaper price, he wasn’t pushy and understood and just explained if I wanted to go ahead, he’d be there in 20 minutes. When I called to explain I sorted a spare key, rather than sounding like I wasted his time on a Saturday, he was actually really genuine. Would get in touch, if I find myself in need of a locksmith.

David was incredibly helpful. he went to my (vulnerable) tenants house to assess her front door lock. If was very patient and upfront with us. It transpired that there was another issue which he advised me of and didn't even charge a call out. how rare is that?
