I needed a concrete tile roof replaced, it was 50 years old and not in good condition. An expensive job, it needed nearly 10 pallets of tiles and took nearly 3 weeks to finish. The crew were very friendly, and more importantly competent, and made sure the roof was covered up in case of rain, so no mishaps occurred. Very pleased with the results, everything was included in the quoted price. They turned up every day till the job was done. Yes i'd recommend them.

Contacted firm through Checkatrade. From exactly what was happening from start to finish. Someone was in touch to let ne know when they would be out, they completed job then sent pictures to show the evidence if tge work completed. If I had to would definitely use again. thanks guys.

We called Nelson property Mantinance as we had a leak on our roof had two other roofing companies out and couldn’t find the problem after a good inspection Peter gave me a breakdown of the work and a cost and the problem was fixed friendly and tidy work would recommend good fair company Thanks michael

Peter and team inspected a leak around my chimney in which was causing problems for months in which a couple roofers couldn’t solve, Peter come out identified the problem and gave a fair price, work was carried out the exact same week and pleased to say I’ve had no problems since I can’t thank Peter and his team enough for their efforts and I can recommend them enough… 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were contemplating getting a new roof for a while after living in our property for over 25 years and were recommended P.Nelson property maintenance by a family friend. Peter arranged a time that suited us to come out to view our property & recommended the best roof style to suit. The lads turned up every day on time were very polite and explained everything from start to finish on a daily basis. Our home now looks 20 years younger thanks to Peter and his team.
