After spending hours on the phone trying to find gas engineer finally found Nene Gas ltd. I received a prompt reply and appointment on the same day. I am completely satisfied with the service. It was carried out very professionally. The price was very reasonable with no extra charge for small parts. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

This company came and serviced my boiler. I wish they hadnt now. I now have no heating I the house and despite assurances he would contact me with a price for parts I am still waiting. Whilst I was aware that a part required replacing the engineer tried to close the cupboard door so that I couldnt see an error on the display pad . Perhaps he would like to refund the service fee so that I can employ someone else to complete the work he does not appear to wish to cwrry out

The service was really prompt and efficient. It was a minor fault that was rectified quickly. Sheyraz was very polite and explained what had happened. Very honest and a fair price. Thank you so much! Hot water again :)
