Giorgi and Nick were responsive and very easy to do business with. Extra positive feedback for being respectful when dealing with me - a woman. They completed work exactly as agreed. There was a slight issue with the collection of the debris but this was due to mitigating circumstances. We agreed a new plan for the removal of the debris off site which was adhered to. 10/10 for the service provided. Thank you.

The Neofix team has done an exceptional job transforming our two bedroom flat (located in a Victorian period conversion) into a beautiful modern home. Giorgi and his team are very experienced, professional, and hard-working; they completed a full replumbing, rewiring, replastering the walls, installing wood flooring, new modern bathroom and kitchen in 2 months. The work was to a very high standard and they have experience with maintaining traditional aspects of the house (e.g. wall covings).

For me the single most valuable quality in a builder is that they care about getting it right regardless of whether you'll even notice or not. Giorgi described himself to me as a perfectionist and I thought "Well, sure, every builder wants to present themselves that way", but after a month of work it was clear to me that he really genuinely is! Everything was meticulously done and any time there was a problem he laid out about three different solutions with pros and cons. I'm very happy with the result and I'll definitely use Neofix again next time.
