Hi My name is Paul Voller and I have been in the building industry for 26 years in this time I have gained a massive amount of knowledge of properties new and old and the way they are constructed in this time I have seen it all from brilliant builds and finish the worst bodge jobs you can imagine. I have worked all over the southern half of the UK from Cornwall to Canterbury and up to the midlands Stow on the wold .So I have joined Checkatrade to gain more local business and stop spending half my life in the van. The work I do is Guaranteed by Sovereign Chemicals Ltd who have checked my work and now Guarantee it like an insurance policy so if I go out of business you are still cover, I do plastering, rendering ,damp proofing, D.P.C injection ,woodworm treatment ,dry rot treatment and timber replacement and much more .

We required large areas of brickwork to be secured and rendered to provide structural security.
Neptune were brilliant from start to finish. There was total transparency at all times which provided us with such a confidence in their work and ability. We had some extremely damaged brickwork around our property which has now been secured and finished perfectly, which leaves us with peace of mind about the safety of the property. They left the place spotless when they finished as well.
Rendering and painting.
We have just had our bungalow rendered and painted by Paul and Charlie who both worked extremely hard. They did a good job and were quick and reliable. Very impressed because when the old rendering was removed they discovered an old wooden lintel which they replaced without extra charge. We would definitely recommend Neptune Construction.
External house render removal and re-render
Excellent job - we are absolutely delighted by the high standard of workmanship. Outstanding attention to quality and detail. Builders professional and courteous. Had compliments about them and the work from neighbors also. Highly recommend.
Fitting insulating board and plastering
Paul came round to give me a quote on Tuesday and the work was booked in for friday the same week! Nice guy, fast work and finished to a really good standard. Really happy! Thank you
Plastering a large newly renovated house.
Paul and his team are friendly, efficient and work to a very high standard. It was a large and not always easy house to plaster but they were unfazed and did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier with the plastering they carried out and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
Tanking my Victorian basement
Paul, Charlie and Sam were really hard working, took time to explain what they were doing and why, and protected the areas that they were not working on. My basement is not simple with alcoves for underpinning big bay windows and a thicker layer of foundation the brick was sitting on. They were unphased by this and did a great job re-plastering the slope between the foundation and brick, leaving me with a beautiful smooth surface which will no longer be damp.
