    Shower leak reported and fixed within two days. Engineer Kyle was very quick and professional. He offered some good advice and asked if he could help further. Would definitely be happy to recommend him for repairs

    Hi, I would like to say how terrible this firm is . We had a plumber in on Monday afternoon for a W/C issue which we thought was going to be ok until they done the additonal work,alas didnt even last 4 hours.Paid over £204-00 and paid this yesterday and to book other job in for Thursday this week.Mentioed if this did not work was told then we would still have to pay labour costs and parts cost and was not happy with this when spoke to the lady in office I quoted that agree that would have to pay for any other parts but if the job was not satisfactorly done then would be willing to pay for the

    We contacted Neptune plumbing at approximately 9 am, an engineer was here by 12.30. Good service and managed to unblock the pipes.
