Resin bond surfacing
Work completed in September 2023 was finished in just over a week. Initially was happy with the work carried out. After a short time we noticed resin was coming away in small clusters, we contacted company on numerous times with no response to getting work rectified. Eventually got a response and was told not to ring this number again and person on phone was very rude to customer. Paid a lot of money for this job and expect it to be fully guaranteed, which it says on company website. NE Resin were a fantastic company to work with as they took time to understand our requirements and surpassed our expectations. From initial clear quotations to checking details on the job, Steve and Declan were totally professional. Nothing was too much trouble and attention to detail was great. Lots of extra touches made to ensure the job looked right and the resin looks great and all of the prep work has paid off. Quality job done by skilled tradesmen
We had our drive covered in resin recently. I have wanted it done for a long time. I was recommended northeast resin by a friend. I am sooo happy with my new drive. Steven priced up my estimate, the following day he booked job in for 3 weeks later. He managed the job efficiently from start to finish. Resin Bond Patio
Steven and Declan responded promptly to my request for a quote to have old turf and paving slabs removed and to replace with Resin Bond. They were extremely helpful when explaining how the job would be planned and completed, offering informed advice, their knowledge of carrying out this type of work was extensive and we felt reassured that we were making the right choice. Timescales we’re planned, however due to the amount of rainfall in August these slipped a little, however we were kept informed at all times.
