Had some work done by Russell and his team and got to say our experience was fantastic, Russell took the time to explain to us the different options and shown us videos and photos before, during and after. I’d have no hesitation in employing Russell and his team (which I already have at my elderly fathers house)

Do not use. Trust me when I say you will regret choosing Russell, he came to fix a small leak and made things so much worse! He does not know how to fix a roof, worse company I have ever used. Pretends to know what he’s talking about, takes your money and then will make the problem worse. He also can’t handle negative feedback and tries to get it removed, he needs to be banned from working on peoples houses, cowboy builders does not justify how bad Russell is at his job. Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Russell comes across as professional and trustworthy but he is not. They will overcharge, do substandard work, berate you for payment and then disappear once they have any money from you. Cowboy builders.
