My elderly mum was struggling with her iPad following an update. Sent a request to Arnold at Net Surrey through Checkatrade and he responded straight away. Have him the details and he arrange a home visit. Arnold arrived on time and rectified the issues quickly. My mum was over the moon and said Arnold polite and super friendly. The most recent job installing solid state drive was installed on an iMac without fuss and has made a big difference to the speed and stability of the computer. The fee was very reasonable as well.
