From initially contacting Net Zero, Joel, his colleague and the rest of the team were completely supportive. They took no time in getting me sorted and fitted the Solar Panels and all the electrics to go with them. I am so chuffed that I have a little passive income coming from my roof now! Such a bonus. Scott, Scott and their colleagues worked really well to get the job done to a high standard. Chris did a grand job on the electrics and made sure they were safe. I feel so lucky to have received this system. It has always been a dream of mine and finally, it has become a reality. Thank you!

Great service from start to finish. Professional, friendly and helpful from first contact with Lucas right through process including office staff, scaffolders and the fitters. Would highly recommend.

A few hold ups on my end, but worked with me and pleased with the end result, nice job and workship, now to enjoy my savings from my new solar panels and battery storage, I even have a power outlet incase the grid goes do, so I will still have solar and batteries to run off,

Net Zero Renewables came in and saved the day for us after another company backed out of the job after a full survey was done and scaffolding was erected (that's another story, but I'll be leaving them a one-star review soon). NZR used the existing scaffolding, knocking £1000 off the bill, and installed 10 panels (5 on South, 5 on East) and a battery. It wasn't an easy job, as we have spray foam insulation in the loft, but the end result was perfect. Joel and the team were friendly, tidy, polite, very professional and made us genuinely feel like valued customers. Fantastic company. 10/10
