We chose Carl based on strong reviews and paid £1,200 in Dec 2025 to fix a leak in our conservatory roof. The job took him 2 hours instead of 4-6 hours that he originally mentioned. Unfortunately, the issue returned within days and has still not been resolved. Over the next 6 months, there were multiple missed appointments and delays despite repeated contact. When he eventually returned, he asked for an additional £300+VAT and did not honour what we understood as “guaranteed work.” The leak remains and the service has been very disappointing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend.

Work was great. Flaunched two chimneys, replaced lead and repointed. Responded to messages quickly and cleaned up site afterwards. Good stuff

Following a number of failed roofing repairs by a builder, I obtained a quote from Neville Roofing Services. Carl responded promptly to the request for a quote and immediately talked me through my roofing issues offering knowledgeable and professional solutions. All work was subsequently carried out to a high standard, tidily and efficiently in line with the quote. The smart new roof has weathered a winter and a number of storms and there has been no water ingress. The work comes with a 20 year guarantee. I couldn't be more pleased. Neville Roofing from start to finish were excellent, they were extremely quick in coming back to me in giving me a quotation for the work to be done, they explained everything thoroughly what work would needed to be carried out & the timescales of it all. Their price & their friendly on time service was second to none. I am extremely happy with workmanship of my new roof (it looks the best on the street now!) Can not fault anything. Quote was produced quickly, competitively priced. Short waiting time for work to commence. From start to finish the team worked tirelessly, only stopping for lunch. They cleaned up at the end of each day and ensured the property was left spotless once all work was done. They kept me updated on progress and did an amazing job. Definitely have the best roof on the street. Would definitely recommend
