We recently had Jack and the team supply and fit carpets to our bedrooms and staircase, along with herringbone LVT flooring downstairs, and we’re delighted with the results. From the initial visit with samples through to installation, communication was excellent and the quote was clear with no hidden costs. Jack and the team were always prompt, polite, tidy, and respectful of our home. The quality of workmanship is outstanding, and both the carpets and flooring look fantastic. We engaged Neville Flooring to replace the flooring in the bar at the Best Western Thurrock Hotel and were extremely pleased with the service provided.
