A disappointing visit
5Verified ReviewCalled and spoke with a lady to book. She explained cost would be £80 for call out and first hour which they hope to fix it within. The man turned up Nd within minutes decided we needed a new heat plate exchanger without inspecting it and a new sump cover as he say a water drip on it. I told him the same as the lady so why visit with no intention to try and fix. He then spent 15 minutes on the phone looking up costs for parts and left. Was here 20 minutes and cost £55. Basically we paid for them to quote. I would of preferred he tried to improve the got water but no attempt.

10New age boilers helped us get our heating and hot water back up and running. I contacted them this evening and they assisted me over the phone because the earliest they could’ve come out was tomorrow. Thank you very much for guiding me through a process of elimination and getting our house hot again. Excellent customer service and your knowledge is impeccable.
