10 Got hot water working again

I called them out as I had a problem with my hot water, I had been recommended to replace it by a previous company but didn’t have the money to do that. I seriously can't recommend Wesley highly enough. He recently not only installed a new boiler but also fitted a fabulous new bathroom complete with new shower, new flooring, tiled walls and lighting. This was not an easy job - my old bathroom was not only outdated but many utilities were broken and all the plumbing had to be removed and redirected. Wesley went out of his way to ensure that I now have a bathroom I am proud of. He is professional, time keeping was excellent, flexible, really professional, tidy and kept to his original quote. Called and spoke with a lady to book. She explained cost would be £80 for call out and first hour which they hope to fix it within. The man turned up Nd within minutes decided we needed a new heat plate exchanger without inspecting it and a new sump cover as he say a water drip on it. I told him the same as the lady so why visit with no intention to try and fix. He then spent 15 minutes on the phone looking up costs for parts and left. Was here 20 minutes and cost £55. I contacted them this evening and they assisted me over the phone because the earliest they could’ve come out was tomorrow.
