Great communication from the team at NES. Cameron came for the initial visit to give a quote and was helpful. They ended up having a free slot in the afternoon on the same day so turnaround was almost immediate. Jack came to do the work and was excellent - helpful with any questions I had and explained everything brilliantly. He managed to hide the cable behind the downpipe, I had to triple check to actually see it. Amazing work. From start to finish, NES was excellent and I would recommend.

We have had a faulty plug socket for months and have been unable to get an electrician to come out for such a small job. We called NES and they sent Cameron out within the hour! Plug socket finally fixed and we can use it again! No more extension cord!

Excellent service from Newbury Electrical Services. We called after discovering our integrated dishwasher had been installed with the plug trapped directly behind it, which had caused the insulation on the back of the dishwasher to melt onto the socket. They responded first thing in the morning, arrived exactly when they said they would, and were friendly and professional throughout. They even took their shoes off before coming into the house without being asked, which was a lovely touch. They had the correct part with them, explained exactly what had happened and why it was a safety concern

I was really pleased with the quality of the work done and communication with everyone at Newbury Electrical Services. My initial enquiry was dealt with efficiently and politely by Kristyna and Hannah and the work was carried out by Jack B less than 48 hours later. Jack was very professional and did a great job quickly and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely use NES again and would thoroughly recommend them.

We used NES to supply and install a ZAPPI glo EV charger. They were brilliant - friendly, professional and really helpful in recommending different options and helping us choose what was best for us. The installer was also great and everything went really smoothly. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Carl and his team of professionals at Newbury Electricals are the electricians I have been searching for all my adult life. Not only are they great at what they do, they are professional, courteous, efficient and - best of all - they understand customer service. They have done a number of significant upgrades at my house for electrics and plumbing and nothing is too much trouble. They are on the end of WhatsApp for all queries and problems, no matter the day or the hour. They are also just really nice people to have around your home. I cannot recommend them Highly enough
