  Complete property heating and hot water system install

  Great guys- installed a new heating system including pipe work, boiler, under floor heating and everything works very well! I've used them a few times before and would always use them again.

  Reliable and thoughtful boiler engineer

  I have had Robert Newby to fit 3 boilers for me on 3 separate locations. He is diligent and he & his team do an excellent job. Not just fitting the boilers but servicing them as well. If there is ever a problem with my elderly mother’s boiler, Robert takes time to attend, fix the issue or suggest alternatives. I have never felt over-charged when Robert completes a job for me and always quotes competitive prices when I’ve had to have work completed or a new boiler installed. I would recommend Robert without any reservation.

  Fixed boiler

  Honest, professional and reliable! Robert was able to diagnose the likely cause of the problem over the phone and came out same day (coldest day of the winter so far) to get the boiler going temporarily until we could source a new fan. Robert was very honest in telling us to purchase a re-conditioned fan (as our boiler of over 20 years really needs replacing). Robert provided very useful advice that morning that our boiler broke, that few plumbers would stock a replacement fan. This saved me paying another plumber a call-out charge as well as again for the work. Thank you Robert!

  Replacement Boiler

  Replacement Boiler, System Flush, Installation of Smart Thermostat and New Radiator. Robert was reasonably priced and was available to come round and quote at a time that suited me the day I first called. Kept us well informed throughout and came up with solution for a piece of tricky pipework. Both Robert and Al were friendly and tidy - all gas safe and guarantee paperwork was competed and received. Would 100% recommend and would use again.
