    Fit a new toilet

    Job was initially fit a new insides cistern but clearly realised that this wasn’t an option and I needed a new toilet. Fast and efficient went straight away to get new toilet and came back and fitted it. Really excellent and friendly service. Did have an issue with lid of new toilet cistern but John was amazing and replaced for me the next day. Again can’t thank these enough for the excellent friendly service and the work that was carried out. Highly recommended and will certainly use these again for future plumbing issues.

    new stop cock fitted in an old property

    Had to get a new stop cock fitted in an old property to ensure a new bathroom could be fitted. Sam and Sam worked really quickly and efficiently despite it being a difficult project. Their craftsmanship was excellent and they communicated absolutely everything that was going to happen and price etc. highly recommend.

    We needed to get rid of the plumbing around our old outside toilet.

    Really happy with the work. The lads had to cancel mid week due to the weather being awful and the job being outside, but more than made up for it by coming out on the next day the weather was acceptable, which happened to be a Saturday. work was done in the time they said and at a fair price. highly recommend.

    Fixed toilet flush

    Good and clear communication, arrived when they said, completed work in good time, even though there were complications due to an obsolete mechanism. Left no mess and were very pleasant and polite. Definitely recommended.

    Excellent work at a fair price

    My cold water tank and hot water tank with electric immersion heater were removed. An instant water heater was installed to replace. All waste was taken away. The 2 Mr Newells were pleasant, considerate of my needs (elderly lady) and respected my property. I was shown the finished job and given appropriate advice. I was left with clean dry floors, and all waste was removed. The cost was very fair. I will consult Newells for any future work, plumbing and related.
