I engaged with builder and paid a deposit in April. After initial work on foundations he became increasingly unresponsive regarding completing the build. I have now been unable to contact him since 26 June despite trying phone, email and post. In my last attempt to email him I requested return of the deposit of £1,500, less costs incurred of £750 (according to his quote). As yet no response so I would appreciate help with mediation.

Paul hand made a vanity unit for my daughters bedroom shower room. He drew up designs and consulted me on every aspect ensuring that I was happy at all times. His standard of work is exceptional. He also fitted my in-frame kitchen before Christmas again to a very high standard with a great attention to detail. I will be contacting him for future works that are required on my property with confidence that they will be finished to an exacting standard.

Amazing attention to detail, some really tricky spaces that needed attention. The quality of the work is second to none, Paul was wonderful, excellent communication and so committed to getting the job done. I would definitely get New England Oak back in the future! Wonderful experience!
