No work carried out
These guys were supposed to turn up at 08:00 on Friday 13th December. The appointment was arranged on the 3rd December. At 07:21 on the day of the appointment I received a text informing me that they would not be coming due to an emergency gas leak somewhere. In the text I was asked if the appointment could be moved to Saturday morning (14/12). Saturday morning has been and gone and once again they have failed to turn up. No phone call, text, nothing! Re-directed cold water pipe and made good leak

New Flush Valve
