I recently had my new log burner installed by Olly and I am absolutely thrilled. The installation was seamless, plus I had a lesson in how to prep my kindle and logs for best effect. I really appreciated all my queries, prior to installation were answered swiftly. Olly also provided me fire lighters, kindle and logs, all top quality, ready for the cold weather. An absolutely faultless installation, not a speck of dust anywhere. Thank you so much. I highly reccomend :-))

Fantastic service from New Forest Burners. I had an old inset log burner and fireplace removed. The fireplace was opened up and then a new Defra compliant freestanding log burner installed. The fireplace was then finished off with a new oak mantle piece and black slate hearth. Everything was completed on time and on budget. Olly provides a full service from recommending which log burner to choose, ripping out the old one, full installation, taking away all the waste and the all important HETAS paperwork.

Olly is knowledgeable and helpful. He’s good at what he does and has done an awesome job with the install of my new log burner. He was very accommodating as well! Aftercare also seems great, he offers logs and will send yearly reminders when my stove is due for its service!

Cannot recommend Ollie at New Forest Burners enough. From start to finish I was kept updated all the way, with advice on what burner would be suitable to talking through the procedure of installation and instructions on how to use. A fast, clean service, by professionals would not hesitate to use again.

Pleasant and help advice given. An appointment was made for New Forest Burners Ltd to visit and further advice and assistance was given. Further appointment was made and as before they turned up on time and carried out the work with minimum fuss and mess. The price was fair having done some comparisons. Both guys were polite and good natured. I am really happy with the installation. I could not find anything to criticise and thoroughly recommend this company.

I booked the instal following an advert I had found, I was quoted quickly and a short site visit was booked with a possible instal date. Comms were great. The guys that came to install were tidy workers, covered carpets and did a great job. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Amazing job from start to finish.
