Tom is seemingly a great choice at first when doing the install, however after care leaves a lot to be desired. I contacted him as the shutter he fitted failed. It was after a few years but he seemed trustworthy. However after the initial call he said it's likely the battery in the safety sensor...despite me saying the manual winch wont even work. However, what do I know right? Any hoo tom said he would pop over in the week and pop a new one in for me, i mean at least he’ll come out and see it and if it wasn't the battery then can check it out. Wrong...2 nearly 3 weeks later I called again,

Great work by Tom and the team in replacing our Garage door with a new electrical roller door. A professional install with great attention to detail ensuring that everything not only worked properly but also looked perfect as well. We will definitely have Tom back when we need either another garage door or more electrical work done.

We met Tom from New Forest Roller Doors in July, we were having building works and wanted a new roller door in Sept we paid our deposit on 25th Sept and Tom said it was ordered. We called in Oct, Tom explained that he was going on holiday and that he would fit the door on his return on Mon 6th Nov, on Mon 6th Nov Tom never arrived, we constantly tried to contact him we started a chat through Google and he promised to email us and explain. We went to the address on Google on 7th Nov, he said he would order the door, we have been unable to contact him since. We are seeking a refund, to go elsewhere.

Thomas came round and looked at the job and explained exactly what he would provide and then provided a quote cheaper than all the others. Turned up on time one the arranged date, removed old door and took it away, fitted new door great job and very tidy

Tom removed two old "up-and-over" style single garage doors, installed a steel beam, removed the central brick pier, and then installed one large double width electric roller door. Prior to agreeing the work Tom visited several times to discuss requirements and agree specifications, the work was then completed exactly to the timescale and price given. The job was completed to a high standard, and everything left clean and tidy - he even went the extra mile with trims and finishing touches etc. Tom is very fair and easy to deal with, and it shows that he really cares about doing things well.
