The whole service was very good. They came out quickly as getting the lighting fixed was a priority. Their electrican was very good at telling me what he was doing and what the issues may be. He was quick to find the fault and to test the circuit. He then fixed the faulty connection and refitted the fan. The whole job took about an hour.

New-Gen sparks completed electrical works to my flat. with the utmost professionalism. At every stage of works they informed me, in layman’s terms, as to what and why they were doing. Which I found to be most important and informative! I will give them 5 Stars for the work they carried out for me.

Carlos retrofitted a new driver to allow my kitchen under cupboards lights to be dimmable, and he replaced a faulty switch also in kitchen. All the work was done very competently and professionally and at a reasonable price. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

Carlos was very helpful when he came to do a couple of jobs for us at our home recently. He clearly explained the issues and how he was fixing them and was very professional in his approach
